Why I made the video

  • Yesterday I decided to split our discussion into two parts.
  • Rather than try to cover everything live, I asked my AI to put the first part into a video.
  • You can watch it at your own pace and revisit any section if useful.

One small apology

  • We were testing something new with the voice.
  • The same voice unexpectedly shifts accent in a few places.
  • Quite unusual — I have never seen it do that before.

One practical note

  • I originally asked you for 15 minutes.
  • I had no idea the video itself would end up being almost 15 minutes.
  • If that puts you under any time pressure, please don’t feel that we need to squeeze our discussion in as well.
  • I’m completely happy to move that part to another time that works better for you.
